This is a great softcover book, by Ortho Books, published 1978. Covers all aspects of planning and installing greenhouses, and includes nine plans. The book is in good condition, showing light wear to the cover. It is the actual book in the picture. If you have any questions, please email me, before you bid. Buyer to pay $4.00 Media Mail shipping, which includes delivery confirmation. Media Mail is sometimes slow, but dependable, and the least expensive option. I have many books listed, and I am always happy to combine shipping on multiple wins. If you use Buy-it-Now, and pay immediately, I will refund back to you, half of the shipping charge, on each item, after the first one. I try to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless it is a weekend or holiday, then I ship as soon as the post office is open. When I print your shipping label, from Paypal, Paypal will email you the tracking number. Keep it. It really does not track well on media mail, but it will show your package has been shipped, and when it has been delivered. Once the package is scanned in at the post office, I no longer have any control over it, or know where it is, so be patient, it will arrive. All sales are final, unless I misrepresent the item. I try to give an accurate description, but there is always the possibility I can miss something.
