Size of the tube: 0.84″ x 1.24″ x 1.04″ (21 x 31 x 26mm). Size of the numericals: 0.71″ x 0.47″ (18mm x 12m). All tubes are tested. Made in USSR. The K155ID1 is the Russian equivalent to the SN74141. These are BCD-DECIMALdecoder ICs with high voltage transistor outputs. Simplifies driving Nixie tubes. Russian ICs, U.S. 74141 equivalents with overrange digit blanking.
