Published by HarperCollins Publishers Inc., First Edition, copyright 2000. 466 pages. Hardcover with dust jacket. In very good condition with no writing, staining, tearing of the pages. No shelf wear and no foxing. The only defect that I could find is a fold on the edge of the dust cover where it folded around the book in the wrong place. Otherwise, this book is in like new condition. Chris Schlesinger and John Willoughby also wrote “Thrill of the Grill” and “License to Grill” and are experts on how to cook meat!
